Biography

In Memoriam:  1959-2017

Amy Northcutt holds a JD from Boston College Law School, an MA from the University of Chicago Divinity School, and a BA from Smith College. Her professional experience includes private legal practice, an array of leadership positions within the U.S. Government’s Executive Branch, and a senior position in administration at a Protestant seminary.  Each has provided opportunity to bring creativity and critical analysis to complex legal and organizational challenges.  Currently serving the National Science Foundation as Chief Information Officer and Chief Privacy Officer her portfolio includes information technology governance, business intelligence, and privacy.  She dedicates her personal efforts to family in northern Virginia where Waldorf and Jesuit education reflect the diversity of thought within the home.
